Rapha Returns Policy
Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from rapha.cc, if you have purchased from a Rapha Cycle Club or a Rapha retail partner then they must also arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
When returning items to Rapha, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Rapha is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
How To Make a Return
To make a return login and visit your account page, click on order history and select the appropriate order, click returns and complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning. Once complete, print a copy of the return slip to enclose in your returns package. If there is anything else you feel Rapha should know please write legibly on the form.

NB: Note: Reply Paid service is for Australian Domestic Parcels only. We suggest using Express Post so that the parcel is trackable (labels available at Australia Post outlets). The service does not include Express Post satchels. NZ customers should send returns to the PO box and postage will be refunded.
For return packages there are a number of options:
a) For UK returns please use the prepaid Royal Mail label that is available for download here »
We recommend that you acquire a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. Please note this service can take 4-6 working days to be delivered to our headquarters. We do not refund UK postage costs.
b) For USA returns please use the prepaid UPS label supplied. Please note that we do not refund US postage.
c) For all other returns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the full pick up address, a contact telephone number and your original order number. The Returns team will then arrange a DHL collection.
d) Alternatively you can post items using your service of choice with cost of postage clearly marked on the package. Please obtain a proof of posting wherever possible. Please avoid using timed deliveries. Please note that for gift exchanges we can refund postage to the original purchaser or issue a credit to the gift recipient. Once we receive returned items at Rapha, we aim to process them within seven days. We will then refund you any money owing, and/or the postage costs incurred, up to the following value:
• Europe – €15
• Japan – $15
• Rest of the World – $30
• Norway – NOK 100
• Switzerland – CHF20
If you are returning goods in the UK or Australia, please use the available postage paid return service. Refunds will be made directly to the card used to make the original purchase. Please note that we can only refund one postage payment for each package received, and then only if the cost of postage is clearly marked on the parcel.
For international returns – Rapha will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email email@example.com. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
Any carrier choice outside of those offered free by Rapha is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
