Improved website experience
- Shopping will be much easier with searches by size, better product navigation and an improved checkout.
- An enhanced layout on mobile and tablet devices will be a lot richer with improved user experience.
- There is an address book function and a guest checkout option.
- There are also enhanced multi-lingual options.
When you shop on the new site for the first time, you will need to re-enter your payment details, even if you have previously saved them within your Rapha account. This is because we are switching to a new payment system and your existing payment details will be safely and securely deleted.
When shopping on the new site, you will only need to re-enter your payment details once, as the new site will allow you to store you payment details on our secure server.
Any orders that you have placed prior to 12th February 2014, will currently not be visible in your account area.
Please be assured that these orders will soon appear in your account history and if you have any questions concerning your previous orders your local Customer Service team will be able to assist you.
