Head of eCommerce, London

The Role

  • Drive improvements to the website experience and conversion, including areas of check out, website functionality, customer communications and usability

Sample Machinist, London

Role

  • You will be working within the Product Development and Design Department, making both in-house and factory samples

Retail Development Manager, London

  • Project manage the Cycle Club shop-fits, working with our architects to commission designs and managing relationships with contractors

HR Advisor, London

As Rapha continues to grow in size, so does its need to recruit people into the HR function to support the expanding organisation. The HR Advisor role (or People and Culture Advisor, as we’ll call it) is a newly established role, working directly for the People and Culture Manager and alongside our Recruitment Specialist. Quality Manager

Garments, quality and suppliers: These will be your three watchwords.

You will have already spent a good few years working worldwide within the garment industry. You’ll understand what makes a supplier tick; when to be tough and when to give them TLC. You’ll spot if they are having challenges on quality even if they don’t tell you. You will either have set up, or played an integral role in, a Quality Management System for garments. How to take your colleagues and suppliers on the quality journey will be something you relish and they’ll be eager to follow your shining light. Spending time overseas in factories is something you enjoy. Hopping on a plane at a moment’s notice in a crisis doesn’t faze you. At suppliers you will be used to checking through garments quickly and accurately against the spec. You’ll have excellent judgment knowing when to stand firm on a product not fit for release and when the microscope is being applied too rigorously. If something goes wrong with a product, you’ll know just how to fix it and you’ll be able to minimize Rapha’s losses. Fabric, zips, trims, seams, buttons, sublimation, knitting, threads, stitching, bonding, AQL, auditing – you’re the expert.

As Rapha grows, so will your responsibility and need to build a team. Reporting directly into the Supply Chain Director, you will play an active role in shaping Rapha’s future. This will include creating a clear strategy for quality, driving a robust process and implementing new systems, which will play to your strengths.

Cycle Club Marketing Coordinator, UK

Location: Manchester Cycle Club, potentially moving to Rapha HQ in London

The Cycle Club Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing events and engaging with local communities for the UK Cycle Clubs. The role will initially be based in and focused entirely on the new Manchester Cycle Club, opening in early August, growing to incorporate the London Cycle Club later in the year or early 2015. This person will work closely with many departments within the business, collaborating with the General Manager, Retail, Communications, Central Marketing, and the London HQ.
