Join us on our Monday Recovery Ride from the Rapha Miami Pop-up to Key Biscayne. Ride meets at 6:30am and ride rolls out at 6:45am for a social 90 minute ride.
Vinyasa yoga is a flowing and dynamic sequence of poses that synchronizes breath and movement. This 60 minute yoga class, taught by Keiko Fernandez RYT-200, is tailored for cyclists to improve breathing, flexibility, and concentration both on and off the bike. An emphasis will be placed on poses that improve mobility of the spine and hips, increase flexibility of the legs, and improve core strength and stability. No prior experience is required. Beginners welcome. Please bring your own mat.
Every Friday we'll kick off the weekend right with a quick 30 miles around Key Biscayne before work. Ride meets at 6:15, roll out at 6:30am from the Miami Pop Up.
Let's hit the trails around our beautiful city and put those fatter tires to use! Expect to get a little dirty and have a good time. Route/distance will vary. Sundays at 7:30am meet, 7:45am roll out. Aproximate distance is between 40-60 miles. We suggest riding a cross bike with file treads, tubeless is highly recommended.
