Widely acclaimed for his extraordinary perspective on the sport, his best known work “The Peloton” is an encylcopedic project on the pro scene. Former Head Chef at renowned Stockholm restaurants Mathias Dalgren and Matbaren, Henrik Orre now devotes his culinary expertise to his other great passion in life: cycling. Velochef is the culmination of several years cooking for the world’s best cyclists and is filled with tried-and-tested food optimal for performance and recovery.

12:00-19:00: Germany’s finest wheel builder Felix Wolf from Lightwolf will be present at the Rapha Pop-Up Berlin throughout the day behind his truing stand. Felix will be open for questions, building wheels, servicing your Chris King hubs for free and potentially having a look at your own wheels, too.
19:00-20:00: Felix Wolf will give a talk on the art of wheel building and share his insights on trends and developments in the bespoke world of rims, hubs, spokes and tyres.More info: light-wolf.de
19:00-20:30Rapha’s Head of Design, Alex Valdman, gives insights on the design process at Rapha. Having worked with Kanye West, Levis and Giro before, Alex will share his ideas about design in general, the intersection with cycling and the future of performance apparel.
19:00-21:00Alex de Kraker from Eindhoven is the builder behind St Joris Cycles, a small, high-end custom builder from the Netherlands. Alex will talk about frame geometry, ride characterstics and the art of frame building.More info: stjoriscycles.nl
19:00-21:00 An evening of Cyclocross. We will screen the highly acclaimed Cyclocross documentary by British artist and filmmaker Benedict Campbell who followed the cross scene over the course of two years to capture some amazing footage along the way. 09:00-13:00 Rapha Ambassador and founder of Troica Cycles, Florian Speicher, will hold a clinic on the essential techniques to ride and handle a cross bikes. Afterwards we go for a relaxed cross spin through Grunewald. Beginners welcome.
